The Regression Therapy training is delivered in 4 separate Modules over a period of approximately one year. The programme consists of 4 workshops of 4 days each, making 16 days of training in total. It includes lectures, demonstrations, experiential exercises, pair work, supervision and reading. There are also 2 online zoom meetings between workshops and each student will be allocated a designated supervisor to continue to support students between workshops. Places are limited to ensure each student receives personal supervision.

Module 1: Exploring a Past Life and Healing in the Spirit Realms - 11-14 February 2027

• Exercises to intuitively tune in to someone’s past life
• Using hypnotic guided imagery to lead a client into a past life
• Navigating a past life
• Open and directive questions to explore a past life
• Identifying turning points and shutdowns
• Techniques to avoid a diversion when exploring a past life
• Handling the death experience
• Recognising and overcoming attachment to the body at death
• Working with unfinished business from the past life
• Techniques to find completion and forgiveness
• Integration of a client's soul fragments

Module 2: Using Bridges and Clearing Energy Blocks - 20-23 May 2027

• Using non-hypnosis bridges to find the source of a client's presenting issue
• Entering a past life using verbal, emotional and somatic bridges
• Using energy scans to bridge into a past life
• How to handle a spontaneous catharsis
• Psychodrama encounters to unfreeze blocked mental and emotional energy from a past life
• Observing and understanding body cues
• Detecting unfinished business at the end of a session with an energy scan
• Personal and therapy room energy management

• Using the client interview to bridge into a current life or past life memory

• Using shamanic spirit animals to deal with shutdowns and the loss of vital soul energy

• Handling disassociation from a trauma

To reserve your place a non-refundable deposit of £300 is required.

The tuition and supervision fee for each workshop is £650. The total fee for the entire program (4 workshops,16 days in total) is £2,600 and will be reduced by £400 to £2,200 when paid in full before the first workshop.

Accommodation varies from £45 to £85 per night depending on the room type and whether you have a single room or are sharing.

£150 if you stay offsite to cover the use of facilities

A qualification and experience using hypnotherapy or past life regression therapy is required. For those without, please apply for the Foundation Hypnotherapy Training which is a prerequisite for joining the Regression Therapy Training.

Regression Therapy includes past life regression and current life regression and inner child work. It enables the conflicts from the past that have been distorting our mental, emotional and physical well-being to be resolved.

Regression Therapy works by going to the root of the problem to transform it in a way that is both safe and structured. It also includes ancestral healing and cleaning the energy field of intrusive energy, including spirit release, curses and energy fragments.

An example from the current life may be a phobia or a more complex trauma from childhood or a life threatening situation. The symptoms may include panic attacks, emotional outbursts, blocked feelings, self-harm, numbness, unexplainable physical pain or recurring relationship issues.

Regression Therapy reaches further and heals deeper at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels than most other therapeutic approaches. This is because it includes the mental level, emotional level, body memories, ancestral energy, intrusive energy and brings in the understanding from a ‘higher’ spiritual or Soul level perspective.

On the successful completion of the Regression Therapy training programme a Diploma in Regression Therapy is awarded by the Past Life Regression Academy. This allows gradates to use the letters Dip RTh after their name and to obtain insurance and work professionally with clients as a Past Life Regression Therapist and a Regression Therapist.

Graduates can then join the Spiritual Regression Therapy Association and the EARTh Association of Regression Therapy as a Regression Therapist.

The Diploma is awarded on the knowledge and practical skills the student has gained. Skill assessment will be from observation during pair work and from case studies.

The full requirements are:

• Attendance of all 4 modules, covering a total of 16 days’ duration

• Complete all the reading and writing assignments

• Using regression therapy to clear personal unfinished business

• An allocated supervision will assess your skills while working with clients until qualification

• A minimum of 4 single-session case studies per module. These are submitted one at a time to your supervisor who will give constructive comments to help you refine your technique in the following sessions.

• After the last workshop, a written report of 5 case studies using regression therapy (these are supervised as above)

Healing the Eternal Soul by Andy Tomlinson. This book is a fascinating read and covers many of the techniques you will be taught on the course.
